This review is part of the 10 Days of Carne Asada Article.
Campos is a Mexican Food Restaurant which claims to have “Famous Burritos”. I know that they have a great Breakfast Burrito, but its time see how their carne asada burrito stacks up.
At first, I noticed how huge this burrito looked, but I quickly realized that most of the burrito filling was lettuce some unmelted grocery store cheese. Do these guys really know what they are doing? The carne asada was a bit dry and it obviously came off the grill a long time back. The flavor of the meat was also lacking. Overall this burrito was not good. It didn’t help that they were out of the “good” salsa. The other salsa was just OK.
Meat Size and Texture: 4
Meat Flavor: 4
Sauce: 5
Overall Burrito: 4
