This review is part of the 10 Days of Carne Asada Article.Tacos La Flama is a cool little Taco Shop that also acts as a mini market and bakery. They have some pre-marinated meat that looks like it would grill up perfectly. The guys that work there are really friendly too and they take credit card which is kinda unusual at most small Mexican eateries.
The all-meat carne asada burrito came with onions and cilantro. The burrito was pretty large considering that it was packed with carne. The meat was seasoned well and it was cut into pieces which were on the small side, but it was still delicious and meaty. I enjoyed everything about this burrito except a few grisly bits of meat. Three out of there four salsas were really good. There was a smoky sauce which was the spicier of the bunch; a tangy tomatillo sauce, which was my favorite; plus the pico de gallo was fresh and delicious.
